How will my linens be delivered?
All linens are pressed prior to delivery. The chair covers are hung in boxes to prevent wrinkling, and all other linens are folded neatly and delivered in storage drawers for easy access.
When will my linens be delivered?
Royalty Weddings & Events will deliver your order a day or two prior to your event. The linens will be picked up by our staff either immediately after the event or the morning after (preferred).
How far in adavnce should I place an order?
We recommend placing an order 4-6 months prior to your event date to ensure availability. We suggest booking in advance, especially during the wedding season because our dates fill up fast. However, we may be able to accommodate you on last minute orders, so please contact us right away.
How much is shipping?
All orders for rental are shipped by UPS. UPS has done a wonderful job supplying our customers with their linen needs. UPS offers reasonable shipping fees, and we do not charge a handling fee. We will provide you with a return shipping lable for your convenience. Please keep these labels when you receive them. Your order will be shipped one week prior to your event date.

Installation is available in our delivery area, which is Madison, Milwaukee, and Waukesha, Wisconsin; Dubuque and Clinton, Iowa; and Rockford, Freeport, Sterling, West Chicagoland, Illinois and surrounding areas. Installation and take-down is an additional fee. Please complete a Quote Request to see if you qualify -- minimum order is required.

Will my centerpieces be shipped?
All centerpieces are available in our delivery area. Shipping is not available because we want to ensure that your centerpieces are not broken during shipping.
